This Privacy Policy explains how ChronaPro collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information when you use the ChronaPro mobile app and related services ("ChronaPro", "we", "us"). We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
ChronaPro is a field service app for businesses and their field teams. In most cases your ChronaPro account is created and managed by your employer, who uses ChronaPro to run their operations. Your employer decides what work data is recorded about you and how long it is kept. We process that information on their behalf to provide the service. If you have questions about your work records, please also contact your employer.

Our public marketing website (the ChronaPro home page, pricing and signup pages) uses Google Analytics 4, provided through Firebase, to help us understand how visitors use the site and improve it. This applies only to the public website: the mobile app and customer workspaces (accessed on your organisation's own subdomain) do not run Google Analytics.
_ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish visitors. We also keep a first-party visitor identifier in your browser storage for our own aggregate statistics.For more detail on how Google processes this data, see the Google Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
ChronaPro is hosted in Australia. Some of our service providers may process limited technical data (such as push tokens or crash reports) outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled securely wherever it is processed.
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. We restrict access to personal information to those who need it to provide the service, and we apply technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
We keep your information while your account is active and your employer uses ChronaPro. We retain some information for as long as required for legal, accounting or security reasons, and your employer may be required to keep your work records (such as timesheets) for a period set by law. You can request deletion at any time, as described below.
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, and you may request its deletion. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
ChronaPro is a workplace tool intended for adults. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
